The MIC department of Vietnam announced in early 2016 that from October 1 this year, all lithium batteries, including those independently sold and used in terminal products (laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.), will require DOC certificates (standard no. : QCVN 101:2006 / BTTTT).
